The ink got wet and spread. Between what looks like a very thick tag and the protrusion from the corner I am leaning to a shailas tinok.
I think it needs to be judged in comparison with other letters together.
is this original size? If its smaller then it probably looks better in real life. if this is real size then a tinok must be asked
